There is no such thing as perfect in this world, if someone is telling you
with facts that what ever the product is has no issues, guess what he is a
real sale person who knows only how to sell the product without the ins
and out of the product. Regarding the Ground Alliance Passenger & Driver
App all I can say that this is a great App from my experience with it.
Since I've been seeing the changes that the team has made in last few years
and did a great job to make it a user-friendly and easy to understand.
There are many great features in the app itself and improving on daily
basis. I will highly recommend without doubt.

Overall a great app to get jobs dispatched, but one big problem I keep encountering is that when I am using navigation, all jobs sent to my device shut off the navigation screen. This is extremely dangerous while driving. I would appreciate advice on how to keep this from occurring. Today after the update, all past jobs no longer show pay amount. We have no use for this app if you cannot provide this vital info. Please return that feature, or we will have no use for ground pad.

It suddenly stopped showing the Chauffeur pay on completed jobs. This is a major issue, impacts bookkeeping.

whoever designed this app; doesn't know English. I was in an area in which the signal was WEAK & a message came up saying "week signal"! Also, this app constantly had trouble keeping the info or having access to the app. Frankly, this app was more frustration than productive

This app caused a glitch in my Google Pixel 2. Any time I use it, I get random drop or screen freeze. Other problems include the take-over of my phone to promote games. Never had this issue before. Verizon says it is a problem in the app. I have uninstalled the app at the request of management the claim is that a new version will fix it. Wrong.
