The app is actually good. I gave it one star because after I uninstalled it, it still keeps sending me text messages, and its frequent. It sends about 3 messages of promotions I don't care about, in the time span of just 3 minutes. Its utterly annoying! I had to download the app again to stop the messages. You fix this and you get 5 stars.

I order a ride and the driver cancels the ride without any reason, what kind of service is this? This is the second time it's happened. I haven't used your service before, same thing happened the first time I did. And today too same thing just happened. I'm uninstalling

You need to reassess the algorithm for determining payment. They take longer routes which is probably intentional so you end up paying 2 cedis more than the agreed price from the beginning. The drivers have a lot of tactics to maximize the profit on the ride. It's just pathetic because these slow tactics are so obvious. And you guys spam my email without providing an unsubscribe button. I've blocked the mailing service and I'm deleting the app as well.
