Description by Dizzywalk Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
Drownward is a single-player cave-diving horror adventure. Descend into flooded caverns, collect salvage, and choose when to turn back. The deeper you push, the longer the journey home.
WATCH YOUR AIR
Keep track of your remaining air as you explore. A valuable find is only worth something if you make it back to the surface.
FIND YOUR WAY THROUGH THE MURK
Steer through underwater passages, work through tight squeezes, and follow your guideline when disturbed silt clouds your view. Stay alert to creatures in the dark.
RISK THE NEXT CHAMBER
Carry on for more salvage or head back with what you have. Complete safe-return, depth and salvage survey goals as you learn each expedition.
RETURN FOR WHAT YOU LOST
A failed dive can leave a body behind in your local game. Return on a later run and attempt a recovery.
UPGRADE YOUR EQUIPMENT
Spend banked salvage on your air system, propulsion fins and lamp. Prepare for the next descent with equipment earned through your expeditions.
PACK EMERGENCY SUPPLIES
Optional paid credits use a separate online wallet and can be exchanged for Reserve Air and Emergency Flares. Reserve Air restores up to 30 base seconds of air, capped by tank capacity; exertion changes actual dive time. Emergency Flares repel an active creature. Your normal warning-window flare remains unlimited. Supplies do not revive a finished dive.
PLAY YOUR WAY
Core single-player diving works offline. Online advertising, purchases, paid-wallet recovery and optional data services require a connection where available. Keep your private recovery code to restore paid credits and supplies after reinstalling. Earned salvage and dive progress remain on your device. Review privacy choices in Settings and wallet controls in The Shelf.
Contains ads and optional in-app purchases.
