Not bad, personally I don't mind waiting 3 week for my package to arrived however on their app they listed 7-9 days for land delivery 🤷♀️ it could be frustrating for some people because the tracking is not advanced and the update notifications is not very informative. So far my package had arrived not broken luckily.

1. Very late delivery from China to cambodia. 2. Only $1.99 per withdrawal and spend 1 week. So don't deposit money. I think it's better to buy directly from Taobao or 1688 app it is easier.

If you want to use this company, be careful. You may feel upset because the delivery takes a very long time. Also, if you deposit money into their wallet, it is very hard to withdraw. I tried to withdraw $117, but they only allow 10%, so I could request only $11.7. After I requested, it stayed pending for almost 2 weeks, and I still didn’t receive the money. In the end, I had no choice but to use the money instead of withdrawing it.

Worst experience ever! DRSB is highly irresponsible. I placed an order and paid in full a long time ago, but they never made the purchase. They kept me in the dark without any explanation or updates on whether the item was unavailable. To make matters worse, they are now avoiding my messages and making it extremely difficult to get my money back. Absolutely terrible service!
