The service is wonderful and the drivers are friendly and supportive. Moreover, having bus with charging point saves lots of batteries... Just a suggestion. If the contact number of bus driver is added to the ticket after done with booking as it will help us inform from where we will board the bus.

This Druk ride app is not working properly where the physical ticket is given, and online ticket is also given on same seat and same date and this should be rectified immediately by the Druk ride team

This is one of the worst applications I’ve ever used. If the system can’t even check whether a seat is already booked, it really makes me question the depth of the developer’s understanding and design concept. I keep facing the same issue again and again — I book a ticket online, only to find out later that someone else was able to book the exact same seat from the ticket counter. This kind of double-booking is unacceptable and shows a serious flaw in the system’s backend validation.

I am giving one-star rating as using DrukRide was a magical disaster. My ticket was cut and money taken online, but the bus wasn’t even available on that day. The online and offline counters clashed like they were competing in confusion Olympics. When I asked for a refund, the staff hesitated as if returning money was a state secret. Worst online service I’ve used so far. I honestly don’t encourage anyone to use it unless they enjoy chaos.
