Nice app and service. It will be more helpful and covenant if the phone number of driver is mentioned in the bus ticket.

The service is wonderful and the drivers are friendly and supportive. Moreover, having bus with charging point saves lots of batteries... Just a suggestion. If the contact number of bus driver is added to the ticket after done with booking as it will help us inform from where we will board the bus.

The only drawback I have seen so far is that the seat numbers do not match with the actual bus. As we try to book our ideal sit to our liking but reality is different when we board the bus. So please if you could synchronize the bus seat numbers as shown in the app it would be very helpful.

This Druk ride app is not working properly where the physical ticket is given, and online ticket is also given on same seat and same date and this should be rectified immediately by the Druk ride team

I am giving one-star rating as using DrukRide was a magical disaster. My ticket was cut and money taken online, but the bus wasn’t even available on that day. The online and offline counters clashed like they were competing in confusion Olympics. When I asked for a refund, the staff hesitated as if returning money was a state secret. Worst online service I’ve used so far. I honestly don’t encourage anyone to use it unless they enjoy chaos.
