Excessive Charges (Extra Fees): The commission and additional charges deducted from each trip are currently too high, leaving the driver with very low net earnings. Low Tariff Rates: The current trip prices are not aligned with the rising cost of living and fuel prices, causing drivers significant financial hardship and injury to their livelihood. Lack of Support: I am not receiving adequate responses or assistance from the customer service or technical support teams when issues arise.

I want to express my frustration with the States Ride Driver app. As a driver, I've faced numerous issues that make it difficult to rely on this platform. The app is often unreliable, leading to frustrating experiences on the road. Additionally, the monthly fee of 200 Birr that drivers are required to pay feels unfair. This fee significantly cuts into our earnings, especially when we don’t receive adequate support from the company. It’s disheartening to see drivers struggling
