We recently visited Dubai for 5 nights and made use of the POD vehicle (wheelchair accessible) for almost 10–15 trips. I must say their service has been so excellent and their drivers have been so polite and helpful. Vehicles are clean, they are punctual and quite economical too (some private companies charge exorbitant amount) Note:Vehicle availability can be slightly tough between 4to6PM. I will truly recommend DTC POD service to anyone who is looking for wheelchair accessible travel.

The RTA needs to allow competition in the Taxi service business in Dubai. My booking was cancelled 15 mins before pick-up time because a driver couldn't be located, what's the point of a schedule feature? What a ridiculous service!

They have a serious problem. Every time I book and put in the location in the app the driver still calls me I had to cancel a ride even now because he was lost because he couldn't find the location based on the map I sent him so basically one driver was able to arrive yesterday yet 2 weren't able to how I have no idea!? I'm using the pod cars and my daughter is late today for her sessions because of them be more intelligent in ur app use why have an app and put a location when I have to suffer???
