★★★★★ Kar O'R · Feb 18, 2024

Lovely mall. Very large and spotlessly clean. Easy to get in and out of by taxi. Nice food hall here too.

★★★★★ Hayley Young · Mar 6, 2026

Helped us massively when it came to finding different shops in the massive shopping center

The long receipt upload option doesn’t seem to work as advertised. Even though it says you can upload more than three images, very long receipts (like 2 meters) can’t be fully uploaded. When you try to split them into multiple parts, the system rejects the submission. It feels like there’s no proper way to submit long receipts, which is really frustrating and makes it seem like Dubai mall is trying to avoid awarding points purposely

The app isn't working when you try and upload receipts for Skywards Miles

Navigation doesn't work unless you give the app permission to connect to nearby devices without your knowledge.
