Very frustrated with this app. Over time more and more features are just stopped working, and it seems, that no one fixes it. Just to list few: 1. Login with the UAE pass not working - app on closed. 2. Requests details are not opening from notifications- app just crashes. 3. Error while submitting 1-3 stars feedback on service, but accepts 4 and 5 stars only. Very creative way to improve service scoring, but not the service. 6. App is full of ads, about 80% of main screen is app And more.

A complaint to consumer rights seems required. EM AAR is cutting access to services other than this app. I own a property registered with this app. Forgot password. Trying to get new one puts me in an infinite loop. There is no recourse! Phone call goes to automated menu not covering my problem! Update: App is stuck on welcome screen. No question of guest login. Email address given in response to this complaint returns message that this email is no longer monitored "Please go to EM AAR ONE App!"

The application is not giving real information about work progress. It is a big mistake that Emaar (through this app) is claiming a payment from individual investors as if a payment milestone is achieved BUT the fact that as per RERA the milestone is far behind. I advise Emaar to be accurate when send invoice through this app. We are in the UAE and Dubai Rest application is more accurate and liable. I advise all to check Dubai Rest App for project status before making any payment.
