Super informative, real data from the government and it's totally transparent! I'm a broker, and I use this app literally every day, if a client wants to know anything about an area, I check here. If I need to check when a project is due for completion... Straight to the dubai projects app! What properties are available within budget and time frame? Well, I'm a fäm agent, so I already know 😉 but I use this app just to prove my figures and findings. Better service, better tech, better results.

Not up to date adv, most of the information was not mentioned (rented, ready to move....... Etc.) you'll be surprised that it is not ready ofter calling and sharing you info with the agent. And the easiest things they will tell you prices has gone up since we placed the Adv.

It shows only the properties that is above the market price. I found hundreds of properties 50% less in the price on other sites like Drizzle which is not displayed here.

Very complicated, other apps present details in much simpler way, can't search based on your criteria, don't recommend it for a property buyer
