Useless app – doesn't meet basic expectations. I'm not sure why this app was made, as its main function is to raise and track maintenance issues. Unfortunately, it fails to do that effectively. It’s frustrating that such a basic feature isn’t properly addressed. Further, fam properties (owner of this app), also doesn't care about it and actually raised maintenance issues.

Despite numerous attempts, no one has responded or taken any meaningful action. This company and its application are proving to be utterly ineffective and completely unaccountable, a profoundly frustrating and unacceptable failure.
