Overcharging elderly abuse, liars ! Root management wanted everyone to use this and commit Elderly Abuse. This is a form of extortion against the elderly to steal ssi money as well as others. I attempted to pay by check direct from the bank, but the management lied and destroyed my check in some way. I got overcharged late fees because of the management's fraudulent lies. Then the very next month got charged the inconvenience fee which is in fact illegal and violates federal and state laws.

I'm shocked that the convenience fee is so outrageously high. Why are you charging a $27.00 fee to pay my rent? Like we have money to throw around. The fee could pay another bill. This has to be a mistake.
