Makes communicating with property managers, especially for maintenance requests (when needed) super easy.

It has been made apparent that they are able to change your service tickets, which in my opinion is unacceptable. You should not be able to change what a pennant has written in a service report.
★☆☆☆☆Preston King· May 6, 2026
Logged me out and won't accept my password. When I try to change the password it keeps saying it's the wrong password and to change it. So not only can I not log in, but I can't even change my password.

The fact that they charge a huge fee to pay your rent should be outlawed
★☆☆☆☆Patrick Baker· May 2, 2026
Something is seriously wrong with this app. Every single time I try to open it, it says "something went wrong please try again" so I do, over and over again and nothing. They better fix this, so I can pay my rent on time. This is completely ridiculous to be having issues at the beginning of the month when all rent is due.
