It's perfect no more money orders or having to pull out cash. Just sign up link bank and pay. Just make sure you save your link or info need to sign in incase you get a new phone or anything, and you have to sign in again.

I'm shocked that the convenience fee is so outrageously high. Why are you charging a $27.00 fee to pay my rent? Like we have money to throw around. The fee could pay another bill. This has to be a mistake.

WARNING TO MANAGERS: if you use this service, you won't get help for after-hours/emergency support. As a tenant: removing ACH?? What's wrong with you? Immediate voicemail for support. Awful. I'm getting charged an extra $60 this month, but they're making money so why even care right?

Worst experience. They did not charge my bank, then charged me an NSF fee and said nothing could be done about it.
