Overall it's working well. Our biggest complaint is there appears to be no way to filter to only display current tenants, so when a person in the field searches by unit # they get current plus all the past tenants. I reached out to support, there is no filter. The least they could do is make the default current tenants only.

My cell will not allow me to open .rmd files such as tenant letters in the History/Notes. I'm not sure if there is anything I can do about this, but it's aggravating to not be able to open letters I really needed to see while I'm interacting with a tenant! Any advice on how to solve this problem?

There is a bug when you go to the Assets section, choose an asset and then try to add it to a new property. It crashes out of the asset, and you cannot assign an asset to a property.

I have been unable to make phone calls for the last 6 months. Usually I just get kicked out to the phone even though I select RM to complete the call. More recently RM tries to make the call, and I just get "there was an error." Just now I got "cannot set 4 as the current line since another line is already current". Tried rental. Loading times are extremely long, and the system wants to reload every time I type a single letter. I liked the old app so much better and even that one was only 3 stars.

Our company uses this app for work orders and inspections. It works when it wants to. Today it won't refresh, and we can't get our work orders. Hours wasted on trying to work around. Not impressed

This app is really bad, every day I have to reset the app and start all over again, or I have to delete and log in again the same issue when I try to add a work order.
