Keyper made property management in Dubai easy and simple. Digital rent payments, including flexible monthly options and pay-rent-by- card, are a big plus. Real-time performance tracking (ROL, valuations) is very useful for property owners. The market insights and reports are very valuable, and the dedicated relationship managers seem to he very experienced and helpful. Overall, solid option for navigating the Dubai rental market as a property owner and a tenant.

They require a minimum salary of AED 8500 and, apparently, no active loan. In my case, my salary is AED 11000 and I have an existing loan repayment of AED 3700. They declined my application because, after deducting the loan repayment, my remaining salary does not meet their AED 8500 minimum requirement. My rent application was only for AED 3000 per month, so I found the logic behind this assessment extremely frustrating & difficult to understand. Please think before spending your valuable time.

Very bad experience from relationship manager and maintenance support. Even basic amenities to be fixed like Ac or drain stopper not fixed two weeks after moving in.
