I have been traveling this bus from years, recently I had to travel with luggage. But the bus crew said luggage space which is available on the bus is not available for the passenger (It's for the vegetables etc.), passenger luggage has to be kept inside the bus(bus crew will not help u in that). So please clearly mention in the website that only passenger are allowed, and luggage space is not available for passenger .so that passengers can decide. Worst experience.

Worst service. Being a leading travel company, they are using dirty seat covers and curtains... Avoid traveling in these buses.
