Dutch Bros used to be my favorite place to go for a drink and a snack when I was out and about, but I can't even get anything from them now. News flash, not everyone likes chocolate chip. I love the CRANBERRY ORANGE MUFFIN TOP! That was the only snack item I ever ordered for myself!! Everything else I have tried was gross!! I want my CRANBERRY ORANGE MUFFIN TOP back, please 🙏. Then I will come back and change all of this.

The app just feels greedy. Having to activate rewards to get them feels like you all are just trying to get out of giving out extra points. I also still remember how fast points used to accrew and it's so much slower now. The free rewards also aren't used half the time and the baristas just scan the app then charge you full price without using your reward. The rewards also do automatically get used when you start a pick-up order. It all just feels greedy.
