Never works right. Ever since they accused me of using "counterfeit funds" its never worked right since. I lost a ton of points. I was an everyday customer then at least 2–3 times a week. Then all this and then they refused to give back all the missed points, haven't been back. I got an email this morning offering a free drink to claim in app, so I figured why not, it's been awhile. Maybe they got their act together. . . . Nope, still doesn't work. Stop sending me emails that connect to the app.

One of the most obnoxious sign-ups ever. Took me 20 min to go through all the BS of signing up even though I was given the option to order as a guest, which turned out to be a lie. And by the time I was done signing up, I didn't feel like coffee anymore, so I uninstalled the app and went home

Dutch Bros uses this app to nickel and dime you in any possible way that they can. Just go into the store and don't use this stupid app.

Very lousy service and horrible customer service I asked the lady she goes you got more than one account which was a lie I just got that number, and she refused to help me she said she was going to send it to back off and do not go to this company
