Easy and efficient ordering process online. Lots of variety for a variety of drinks. The only downside is you can't build a drink from black coffee alone, it has to start as a latte. It would be great to have black coffee as a base.

I added money to my Dutch Pass for ease of payment since the app doesn't let you save any card info. However, the app consistently gives me an error every single time I try to use the Dutch Pass. I tried to contact three different Dutch Bros customer service methods and not a single person ever got back to me. I've been trying for a month. Since Dutch Bros wants to steal my money and not let me use it, I'll be disputing with my bank. Update: they still never replied lol

Doesn't work at all to order ahead. Order ahead has never worked. It always says it's temporarily unavailable. I never got my free medium drink because I have never been able to order through the app. I've been to the location here at least ten times and have accrued zero points because I can't use the app.

Very lousy service and horrible customer service I asked the lady she goes you got more than one account which was a lie I just got that number, and she refused to help me she said she was going to send it to back off and do not go to this company
