A great app and I am using it alongside others to learn Dutch. Some of the voice recognition is a bit off. Times as said by another reviewer don't seem to work and have to say it another way. It tells me I said oke instead of oké and am therefore wrong and marks me incorrect as I said 6 instead of zes which is the same. I also find the single words it struggles to pick up, and it can't hear it. Today I said 'set' so many times, and it just can't get it. Otherwise excellent app.

Very good app for learning and practicing, the only caveat is when you have to say time: for example, it is written 13u, but it's said as 1u 'smorgen. I had to say it as 13u because it didn't understand I said 1u 'smorgen. Maybe it's just my mic though

Good to hear more natural conversations, but they are still spoken by AI bots which often leaves out human emotion & inflection which often improves understanding of what is being said. Also, same problems with voice recognition, especially 'ok' and often single words. And the video captions are often waaaayyy behind which makes it confusing. They need to be timed with the speech.

This app and concept are amazing. One of the best I've seen... But voice recognition hinders the learning a bit. It's more aggravating than its worth. I would have purchased the lifetime if it wasn't such a pain. I can only repeat and check pronunciation so much before it drives me mad. I even have had several natives say things... it doesn't want to recognize voice words.

The app does not recognize when I say "OK" perfectly well, and has no option to report it anywhere, so you are stuck with jo option to progress.
