The app allows you to connect to the Honda Drive Recorder which is a Honda optional extra you can have fitted to your car. The unit is neatly installed on the front windshield of the car and can utilize the rear camera of the inbuilt parking assistant. The manual supplied with it is very small print and difficult to follow and there is very poor information given about how to use it effectively. Since having this for some time I have now realised what a waste of money it was. Frankly its useless
