Some phones have a connectivity issue, where the app asks to switch on location, and it does, but will not connect. If this happens, exit the app, switch on location FIRST and re-open the app. This issue is sometimes caused by antivirus protection.

Very poor app, for extremely expensive Volvo dash cam. Manuals unintelligible, in very poor English. Auto download of video doesn't work. Selected file download of video doesn't work. USB connection doesn't work. Not fit for purpose.

Unusable. My phone picks up the camera Wi-Fi, but the app will not connect to the camera. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and reading the frankly rubbish user guide... nothing. Just time wasted on a pig of a product. I've only managed to get it (part) working once - which was short-lived apparently, and not again since. The app tells me that there is a software update, but won't update because there is no camera installed. It's vicious circle. Buyer beware. Utter rubbish.
