You can never really tell by ratings how good an app is. For example, Duolingo has a higher rating than this app does and Duolingo is absolute garbage compared to this app. Indeed, Duolingo did give me a good start on learning German words and nonsense sentences whereas the DW app is teaching me to understand sentence structure, grammar rules, and how to practically use the language. Between this app and the weekly Stammtisch I attend, I'm looking forward to full fluency soon. Thank you!!!

It doesn't work IDK it's banned in iran or what, but I tried different DNSs and vpns noting seem to work the site was working btw

Not good if you don't already know German because it jumps straight into sentences and conversations so if you don't know German already this isn't for you because this doesn't teach basic German you have to pre-know German for this.
