Good app for the most. But have a few issues regarding ordering tickets a such. Superkø suchs and food options are quite narrow an expensive... You have to order in app and then wait long time to get the food. But the park itself is great.

Great app! Live navigation through the park. Lots of information especially regarding animal presentations. Also allows pre-ordering food.

You need an account with this app to pay for anything in the park, which is bad enough. You will automatically get offers you never asked for, unless you go into settings and fix it. If you try to log in with VIPs, the app opens a browser that opens VIPs, and once you're done there you have to go back to the webpage which now probably shows an error message. Do this four more times, and you're in. You may now order the cup of coffee you already stood 10 mins in line for, and get in line again.

You HAVE to use this app to order food and drinks, or order a stroller or trolley, yet it barely works! The map doesn't find your location correctly. When you try to order food it says the payment can't go through. The same for ordering a stroller. This was especially bad with android phones. There is no information about age limits for rides either. Seriously - if people have to use this app while in the park it should be much more user-friendly and work!

Doesn't accept uk mobile numbers (they're longer than Norwegian ones). Doesn't inform you that the number is "invalid", you only get that information when you go back after you've given up waiting for the confirmation code. I've never seen a more stupid digital map. And why can't I view a restaurants menu and pricing without being signed in? This app genuinely makes the experience in the zoo worse.
