It is a real lottery if the image or PDF is going to be processed. Sometimes does it, sometimes don't.

App used to work perfectly, but now it fails uploading documents, but actually it does. This have led to men accidently uploading many of the same files because it says it fails.

Highly annoying app. Needs multiple tries for upload. Furthermore, no web interface with similar functionality, so we're tied to using this broken interface. Two stars because it's not the worst possible app experience, but still not worth paying for.

Terrible, bare-bones app, doesn't even display the requests you've sent, there's zero history of the changes/requests. Avoid!
