Comments on e+Mobile for Android

★★★★★ Way to go COT! This is slick

★★★★★ Great App This app makes it easy to view and pay bills. During TS Hermine I was able to see the power outage for my area was already reported.

★★★★★ love it very easy to use

★★☆☆☆ This app is utterly useless now. I cannot pay my bill and have to call the line and hassle with the robot. I've called to pay this bill already and FOR SOME REASON THE MONEY WAS NEVER TAKEN.

★★☆☆☆ Please fix your new payment portal so we can pay our bill. It keeps saying payment portal error or unavailable.

★★☆☆☆ Need to go to your email to verify account but it never sends you an email, so I have to call in payment everytime....

★★☆☆☆ The orignal payment was pretty easy. This is useless unless you want to know info on your account. " Unable to locate customer". Im right here wanting to pay for a service without having to run around or use stamps. In this day of online services the city of tallahassee got duped into paying to have a broken service at our fingertips. Please fix.
