★★☆☆☆ This app is utterly useless now. I cannot pay my bill and have to call the line and hassle with the robot. I've called to pay this bill already and FOR SOME REASON THE MONEY WAS NEVER TAKEN.

★★☆☆☆ The orignal payment was pretty easy. This is useless unless you want to know info on your account. " Unable to locate customer". Im right here wanting to pay for a service without having to run around or use stamps. In this day of online services the city of tallahassee got duped into paying to have a broken service at our fingertips. Please fix.
