Terrible experience. Poor app. Can't sign in because it is "constantly under maintenance". Can't sign up because "username has to be at least 6 characters" Even though it's literally 10 characters. How can I trust you with my funds when you can't even build a simple app? Jesus.

I've had a poor experience with this app. After an extensive KYC process I was unable to access my account and even after explaining my issue in detail over email to the team, they proceeded to go quiet for over 2 weeks, and after I prompted them once again they falsely claimed that the issue had been resolved (it hasn't).
