I have used this app twice and so far it is very helpful. I really appreciated the service being provided within the promised date. Being a relatively new app though, it still needs some improvements, to name few: option to save what you been building (I've to restart few times to complete each), able to go back and edit, able to add agent, able to add principal (I am trying my third POA through this app, and I'm stuck how to add my wife, for POA that requires both our name in it). Great app

I live in Europe and I try poa to my father ethiopia. But I fill the form exactly and recive text message that my app is forwarded.after two days i ricived another text says my application is rejected. Why it happens, I try to fill again and again minimum 10 times. When my application rejected I need to know why.
