⭐⭐⭐⭐+1/2 e-Pocket provides a fantastic service to transfer to International Mobile Wallets (Phone numbers) I send and transfer funds from my bank debit card and have had no issues. I find the App very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Transactions have taken hours to complete occasionally and not instant as mentioned. The transactions have always completed. Good customer support Excellent conversion rates and no fees. Can send any small amount you have available 100% VALUE

I really appreciate the initiator of e-Pocket it helps me a lot to send money, easy no stress and there customers service is topnotch mostly Dean that guy is awesome once I becon on him, he always available to help, this is one app I have ever commented on because of how helpful it has been to me, an observation each time I deposit some fund I don't get credited even afer 24 hrs, not until I call or text before the fund will be available in my wallet you guys need to work on that thanks e-Pocket

Great service and friendly staff who are very helpful and do their best to help you out and especially if you are not very tech-savvy like myself but I received the help to get me started sending money to my friends and family in Kenya. They have a very smart management team that Ian Platt in Sydney takes care of all the time working from home and work with the team in Melbourne Victoria and the customer service team is working hard to fix any problems that is why I have given you all five stars

Yes have the best rates, but their app keeps breaking down, money sent fails to get delivered and is held for days in their account. So frustrating.

Very slow to load payment from the bank. I even lost a transaction but other amounts I loaded were received, but it takes more than 24 hours. Their loading speed needs to increase, and they need to avoid wasting time and load money faster. I really want this sorted asap. When u stay offline for a while, they want you to log back in rather using biometric or pin. It needs lots of adjustments

I had a terrible experience with pocket. I made a withdrawal from my pocket wallet on 04.07.2025, but even after several days, the money has not been credited to my bank account. Instead of properly investigating the issue, they are simply blaming my bank. I requested them either to credit the amount back to my pocket wallet or allow me to provide an alternative bank account. Both requests were rejected, and now I don't know what to do.
