NOTE - I work at Earnest. I spent several years in real estate (from 2005-2011) where I only wished we had a tool like this. This free app is for agents on the go. It saves time & keeps you updated on the details of each requested earnest payment to a buyer. Then, I bought a house & ended up using it as a buyer. My agent sent me the request AFTER business hours. I made my payment in a matter of minutes from home & receipt went to my email. The contract was locked in! Its ease surprised me.

Absolutely awful. I have used this app five time. Four out of five of the requests had some reason that they did not go through. No communication from the company. I am never using this terrible app again.
