Trying to buy some cryptocurrency, and it goes through link. I put in all my info. ALL my private info since it's needed. And every single time I try to send currency to my wallet it says identify failed. And when I when to support about this they said "oh well we can't do anything about your identify failing, and you can do anything either." so you're telling me That you get all my info and just toss me to the side after? Not a trustworthy app one bit

This company is very deceptive and sketchy. I paid for an event online, and it automatically signed me up, created an account, and stored my information and credit card. Another user said there is a very nondescript, difficult to notice check box to not sign up. When I went to cancel, every link from their email gave me a suspicious site warning, and it gave me an error when trying access despite the warning. The only way I could access the account and delete it was by downloading the app.

Downloaded app on 2026-07-08 and passkey sign in doesn't work on android 16 latest, Pixel 8 pro, passkeys are perfectly supported on this device, and they actually work on Link web version (mobile browser). It (only prompts for external method such as external key or "use other device". Does not prompt for Google password manager stored passkey or default registered password manager passkey) edit: happens even after creating another passkey in app
