Been using stripe for my business for almost a year, then they requested my bank statements and other information which I didn't send then stipe emailed me saying they were trying to take my last payment they processed bank out my account and hold it 4 120 days because I was high risk

I set this up for my business and made several large sales. I've never received the money, which Stripe said was paid out on July 20th (5 days ago). The account information listed for the payout is not my bank, account, or routing number. Was I hacked?? Where is my money? No way to contact support except by email and no response yet. I need answers.
