The Earthquake Network research project develops a smartphone-based earthquake early warning system able to detect earthquakes in real time and to alert the population in advance. Smartphones are able to detect earthquakes thanks to the accelerometer on-board each device. When an earthquake is detected, users with the application installed are immediatly alerted. Since earthquake waves travel at a finite speed (from 5 to 10 km/s) it is possible to alert the population not yet reached by the damaging waves of the earthquake. I can never send a message in the chat because it's too 'crowded'. When the chat has 20 users, its 'crowded'. When the chat has 200 users, its 'crowded'. What is this discrimination??? Immediately fix this.

It's a good app, but with outdated design and faulty earthquake detection system. Strong earthquake alert woke me up at 3AM showing earthquake epicenter in my area just to discover in another app that it was a 1.4M earthquake 38 km from me. EDIT: same thing happened again at 3AM for an earthquake of 1.1M

I bought this app and took priority subscription. But it's not working.for some time my place is epicenter or near to epicenter it's not detecting. My location is always on. Fake app

I get the earthquake notifications 10 minutes after the earthquake actually occurred. Nerv and yurekuru call seem to give alerts much sooner than this. Utterly useless in Japan.
