Services are good I have no problem, but the app is the issue I have two complains with it. 1. Terms n conditions are not clear your money is chopped instantly using wallet after cancelling the ride n that's when ur sent the conditions y they chopped the money please update. 2. The app is poor at counting the rides taken I have used easy matatu for over 2 months n says I have taken 21 rides so far I think the app needs to be updated.

I have tried to register the app after downloading, but it says" oops something went wrong" so I can't register to enjoy my ride??????

For us who are new on the app, it doesn't allow us to sign in rather it shows an error code Saying something went wrong however it sends the OTP but with no open window to fill it in. Please check the app and rectify to enable new users use it.
