This app has been a great help for me for the 3 years in professional practice. However, as of 15/7/23 the legal fee has increase but up to date the app has used the old calculation. Will be better if there is an update for the latest legal fees calculation.

Can u double-check your RPGT calculation. For example if Vendor purchase on 20/11/2013 and selling on 20/7/2019 is the RPGT for Malaysian Individual is it 5% or 15%? From the app it shows 15%.

Since updated, when clicking its slow loading, because of the Internet connection? Got worse since update My Internet are okay, 1 with 4g takes 10 second to load, 1 with 5g sometimes take 3 second to load. Can you guys improve on this one? At least revert to the version, which instantly load without depending on internet connection.

Cannot use because signup always fails. I am unable to utilize the service due to persistent signup failures. I have attempted the registration process multiple times without success. Each attempt results in an error, preventing account creation. This issue is blocking me from accessing the platform's features. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this problem.

Forgot password won't send email to me. Press many times' dint get email reset password from them. Then, my husband paid total RM104.20 do Land search, charge RM70+6% Sst for service charge but what service we get? They cannot guarantee when can get, depend on land office! Fine! We from outstation, we direct head to shah alam Land office. Arrived PTGS, We get the land search on the spot at counter, no need 10 mins! Super slow service! Very lousy! This is first time and last time! Not recommended!!!!
