I had bought tickets for the whole family to the global city in dam mam, but when we arrived at the global city, the event was closed for the day, and there was no previous announcement. When I contacted the webook help center, they were completely unwilling to help me and instructed me to deal with this with the global city website. Which was also not helpful. Terrible customer support, and unclear guidance from both webook and global city.

Irritating that tickets can't just be sent upon purchase to one's email address and purchaser is forced to download this app and clutter his/her phone for 1 event in KSA. Ridiculous.
