The new updates Dear Easypaisa Team, I would like to bring to your attention an issue with the new Easypaisa app update. The new update no longer provides the Transaction History option in the same simple and convenient way as the previous version. Many customers are facing difficulties because, in order to check their transaction history, they now have to go through several steps, such as opening Profile → Account → e-Statement → Create e-Statement. I invested in the mini app(Faisal funds) on the credibility of easypaisa, but now the mini app is not working, and my money is stuck, I have no idea what to do
The new Easypaisa UI is really disappointing. The old interface was much simpler, cleaner, and more user-friendly. Everything was easy to find, and the overall design felt simple and pleasant. The new UI feels Unnecessarily complicated and less convenient to use. I strongly Preferred the old design and would love to see a simpler interface brought back.
