Life Changing. I am recovering from an eating disorder. This app helped me meal plan AND suggest healthy foods for my weight loss. It is easy to navigate through the platform. You can select to be shown gluten-free recipes, or Vegan, or even good old carnivore recipes. The swap function is very handy if you are pressed for time. The grocery list function is separated by category to make it easier for shopping. This app helped me loose 75 pounds. I would say it is worth it!!

I have been using the Eat love app with my dietician the past two months, and it has been an integral part of our sessions and my dietary changes. I am able to log my food choices in the app where my dietician can see, keeping me more accountable. Since using Eat love I have also switched over to grocery delivery because of how I can import the ingredients for the recipes directly into my online shopping cart, saving me time. Overall great experience!

I consider this a waste of time, read any books on nutrition to apply it to your daily habits. With its ridiculous meal plans. And worst of all is biased meal type elections. My nutritionist recommended and I paid for it.

Food listed in menu but not added to recipes and nutritional information is not included, alot of leftover meals. I do not like yogurt but to swap just gives me additional yogurt choices. To many repeats of same meals and then so many leftover meals, thought there would be alot more variety. Foods that are out of season, higher cost. App is a great concept but needs a little work.

This app really misses the mark for a good tracker. The recipes are good. The cons far out weigh that, though. You should easily be able to edit meal time and quantity within the food once entered, but eat love makes you delete the whole entry and reenter. The majority of foods are missing major nutrition facts like carbs and fiber. It doesn't fully tabulate your day until evening, so if you plan your meals in the morning, it won't give the full cal/carbs/fat/protein view until evening.
