Bad arbitration, basically 90% of vehicles are as is meaning you will end up with a vehicle with bad engine / transmission, there is no arbitration on structural damage, frame damage, basically a shi# dumping ground for dealers.

I'd like to see a function in the App where you can keep track of outstanding titles from purchases, titles needed on sold units, payment status on sold units, etc. That back end stuff. As far as purchasing cars go, I still have a hard time navigating or understanding the app, so I feel like I miss alot of cars. The staff at my local Block in Fresno is great, and I enjoy doing business with them, but, I feel like the App itself could be more user-friendly and provide some more reporting.
