Phenomenal in theory, but in practice, some aspects of the reader do not work. I got the same result trying to read something available from credo online as I did from Oxford press: a white screen with a 'done' button at the top and two gray arrows at the bottom. Unfortunately, no text though.

App is useless. Tells me I'm unauthorized to obtain the content, but I'm signed in. I'm able to access material from my PC just fine.

Completely useless! I have a textbook assigned to me by my school, through EBSCO, and I cannot find it in the app! The search tools are a joke.

Far cry 6 (a video game) has more accessibility features (and ones that are more readily accessible) than this app (or all of the Ebsco environment, for that matter) does. Also, the search function does not seem to operate as one would expect. How can a professional and academic search function be less practical, less intuitive, less efficient and, therefore, less useful than something like Google's? I'll just purchase my materials from *another* far more developed and less archaic source.

I've gotten a premium account from my institution, but it doesn't even let me connect on the app 🤷🏻♂️ It says cannot read property "profile identifier" of undefined.
