The support "team" is just AI bots sending generic emails, but with a delay, in order to appear more human-like. The issue I had was concerning a fraudulently created account with my personal information and a crazy expensive subscription made without my consent and using stolen debit card information. I have since resolved the issue with my bank, who did an investigation and agreed that it was fraud. I downloaded the app just to be able to leave this review.
