Great research tool but both the desktop and specially the mobile apps have a lot of room for improvement. I.e. many features in desktop are not available in the android version

Simple and great app for reading and note taking on pdfs. Missing: highlighter/semi transparent brush so you can highlight areas that are not necessarily text (I have a "photo PDF" now that is not possible to highlight properly)

There's one key feature that is giving me issues: highlighting. The feature that I use the most has issues extracting text on certain PDFs. It will extract text that wasn't in the highlight AND it garbles some of the sentences that it did pick up. This is not an issue on the desktop app, or any other app, or even plain old copy-paste on my phone. I posted this on the forum and got no response. Will update my review when this gets fixed. Currently, it's unusable for me.

Installation and registering for android leaves something to be desired. Do not use DuckDuckGo browser password manger for your password! It'll mess things up. Password recovery fails.

I am new users however it takes ages to download PDF files in my android that synced from my Windows . I don't know why, I got the PDF my self and added them manually by add file in my Windows
