This app is the absolute best. Love the new food tracker and the home page at a glance is great. If I could ask for one thing it would be... the ability to star your current meal option and have one click access to it from the home screen. Also, PDF generator for print friendly recipe pages to scribble on for meal prep etc.

I recently signed up, and this is not as advertised. I'll be requesting a FULL refund. Spent 30 mins going through an onboarding form & what was generated still included foods im allergic to, still included foods I hate & my macros were incredibly off for my goals. No phone number to call to discuss & radio silence on emails. If I don't receive a refund & contact ill be taking to the department of fair trading as this service is not what is advertised when I inquired before signing up. Not happy.

Not given personalized plan. All exercise given on smith machine bar 2. Didn't even look at the equipment I had. Then there was foodstuff I had on my list i didn't eat was sent in meal plan. Everything is done in slow motions takes a week to get you set up. Check in is done in a form. Then they just give you a spill of ok glad all is good same stuff even though i didn't want dead lifts then i don't do 4 days. But as I was too hard they just cancelled my plan without notification and charged
