Semi-functional app. It's like the developer almost completed it, and then moved on to another project. I recommend just waiving down a taxi that you see on the street. More effective than trying to use this app. I tried using the app four times. Unsuccessful - Twice it gave me an error message, and told me to try again later. ??? Unsuccessful - Once it told me that taxis are not available to the airport. ??? Successful - Once I tried to get a trip 2.5km across Vancouver, and it basically worked. But the taxi drive insisted that I pay with a card (separate from the app, even though I put my credit card in the app).

Terrible app. It always takes forever and that's if you're lucky. Most of the time no cab shows up. Vancouver please get Uber. It's a tourism disgrace that a major city refuses to allow it.
