I somehow cannot add my second Prepaid meter. I'm all good with the first one. Somehow, I cannot find my meter number to make online purchases, so I can avoid the queues with the card option. Nowhere to retrieve the meter number.

I am in love with the autoload to the meter when the purchase is done on the up. I will give you 5 stars when I am finally able to check the balance on my prepaid meter. Consider making that possible.

The app is useful and makes it convenient to buy credit anytime, any day. However, one of its biggest drawbacks is how difficult it is to manage a mobile money (MoMo) wallet. If you change ur phone, you can’t simply add your existing MoMo wallet to the new device. Instead, u first have to remove it from the old phone before you can register it again. But what happens if your old phone is lost, stolen, or damaged? There isn’t even an OTP or any other verification option to confirm that u hv
