I somehow cannot add my second Prepaid meter. I'm all good with the first one. Somehow, I cannot find my meter number to make online purchases, so I can avoid the queues with the card option. Nowhere to retrieve the meter number.

The app is useful, but one feature needs improvement. When a mobile money number is added as a wallet on one phone, it cannot be added on another device unless removed from the original phone. If the old phone is lost, damaged, or inaccessible, users become locked out. My previous phone became faulty, and I could not re-add my number on my new device. Please provide a device transfer, OTP verification, or remote unlink option to resolve this issue. Thank you

I bought prepaid for a meter, and they said I should wait for 5 hours, 5 hours has passed since yesterday and still has not received my tokens, but the money has been redrew from my account.

The account must be linked such that anyone who buys on that meter has the same record on another with the same meter number, so that receipt can be seen for the same meter on different devices
