I bought the Pixel watch 3 because it had ECG capabilities through Fitbit. I have occasional afib, and I wanted the ECG alerts, which I realize are inaccurate, to alert me to use my Kardia ECG to record the event. When I tried to access the ECG feature, I was asked whether I had afib, I said yes and was told I could not use the ECG feature. I expected usage warnings, but instead I was denied access. I have a friend whose ECG alert was gone to the emergency room. Not happy with Fitbit.

I bought a Google watch specifically because it had the ECG feature. Unfortunately every time I open this app it just says "Reopen the app and try again." If it's not fixed I'll be returning the watch. I've been a long time user of Google devices and services, but I'm about ready to ditch it because nothing seems to simply work.

Pixel watch ECG doesn't work in Puerto Rico. I bought the watch for this feature. Would give this zero stars if I could.
