★★☆☆☆ I changed my plan on November the 3rd to monthly from 7 day plan, and today you still took out $2.12 for 7 day plan. I don't understand. Why was I charged twice? It said it expires on December the 4th. I am so confused.

★★☆☆☆ It wouldn't let me even click on the movies, let alone watch them, and I don't get why the game is there. There's no profile page other than the small pop menu with the option to log out, so I can't even access my ID number to delete my account as the privacy policy said I should do
