I have a subscription that says I can access content until Jan or Feb 2026. I have not been able to access this content all year. The app doesn't have my Google account linked, and I cannot find where to do that. On my computer (where it says I can access the content] all the videos are on lockdown. I've never received a response to many inquiries and now the year is almost over. What a waste of $50. I am highly frustrated and almost feel like I’ve been scammed
