Pls add Two Categories for searching doctors. The normal way of searching them by hospitals and the other one (Most Important) by the immediate available date without considering the location. Pls arrange the second category according to the nearest possible day to channel the given Consultant.

The app doesn't update, show some doctors' old hospital, but now new doctor, New appointment time, fund also doesn't refund a little bit delay.

Can not tracking ongoing number, after making an appointment we should be able to know ongoing number after doctor arrival, I had to spend more than 2 hours sitting waiting for my number, but 099 apps appointment booking give the option to track ongoing number so we no need to waste our time and money for parking hospitals,

I booked my appointment through your channeling system, but when I went to the hospital, I was informed that there was no such appointment and that e-channeling was not available. This false information wasted both my time and money, and it caused me great inconvenience.
