Can not tracking ongoing number, after making an appointment we should be able to know ongoing number after doctor arrival, I had to spend more than 2 hours sitting waiting for my number, but 099 apps appointment booking give the option to track ongoing number so we no need to waste our time and money for parking hospitals,

I booked my appointment through your channeling system, but when I went to the hospital, I was informed that there was no such appointment and that e-channeling was not available. This false information wasted both my time and money, and it caused me great inconvenience. This App has a massive communication flaw. When a Dr reschedules his session, this app only sends a brief SMS instead of properly calling or emailing. We booked an 11:00 AM slot with Dr. Asoka Jayasena at Nawaloka, but the session was shifted to 2:00 PM. Nawaloka only called at 11:00 AM when my elderly in-laws had already arrived to see the Doc! They had to travel back home and return later. Relying on a single SMS for critical schedule changes is irresponsible & wastes patients' time & money.
