doesn't stay connected, you better not switch out of the echelon app for other music or videos it will just randomly disconnect your progress. I must have to pay to keep the bike connected to my phone. brand-new phone s26 ultra too

I just bought a used Echelon bike, great bike, but the app is awful. I have never been so frustrated with an app, both trying to pair with the bike and with my heart rate monitor. I updated the firmware (BIG mistake as I have now read) and now the bike won't connect with the app or change resistance. I am still on the "free trial" so I should still have access to everything. WARNING unless you pay, this equipment is useless. Awful app, shady company. Shame on Echelon.
