Once I logged in after downloading this app it crashes every time I click on open. The message it returns is app stopped working. What should I do? Does it matter whether I have an Android or an iPhone

This app is not working properly. It brings up a blank page which goes Nowhere. I've Uninstalled, re-installed, shut down my phone etc...and the app continues to do the same... Absolutely NOTHING. I've emailed the email addressed listed here in, to which on should report issues. To date, I've received no reply, nor feedback, as well the app continues to "crash". Another thing to note on "class details", the app does not list the objective of the class fit group is asking me to teach.
