Very bad experience. App not opening. Something went wrong .try again letter. Call many times to resolve issue but useless. Worst experience.

Worst app. Specifically the broker response. ZLK ISLAMIC. Eclear team also doesn't bother to reply. Too many charges. Broker like BMA, AKD don't charge any fees.

Worst experience😕 new application was launched, but I am unable to do any transaction since launching of new app. SFEL/eclears team failed to resolve my issue for 02 weeks. 1. It's not log-on in first attempt, several attempts and "invalid login credentials" message appears, and then it logs on. 2. Trades not executing," your order sent to trade server" appears, nothing else. 3. Reset/change password giving "invalid old password" although we are already log-on, changing password inside app.
