★★☆☆☆ It is very disturbing that a whole investment app is still not working for me at this era. This app keeps crashing and doesn't allow me to even sign in into my own account. It has persisted for more than 2 years, and no improvement has been done yet. This occurs both on the beta version and the public version. It's very frustrating that I can't even check my own balance through this app. Please fix this and improve and let the public be aware. I wish I can attach a screenshot here 😔

★★☆☆☆ Seriously I'm not very sure if Eco bank or EDC is doing anything to make this app better. 1. Balance hasn't changed for over a month now 2. Statement cannot be accessed on the app Even trying to "pay bill" on the Eco bank mobile app for EDC investment does not work. Honestly, if you are not ready to maintain the app developed, just tell us to go to the branch to undertake transactions after which someone like me would just close my account. Please fix the issue!!!
